SHOPPING IN ONLINE BOUTIQUE
These conditions define the procedures of shopping in our online store. All procedures are in a compliance with the law of the Republic of Croatia. They consist of ordering, payment, delivery, reclamation and/or returns procedures. Additionally, they regulate customer privacy and data processing. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and completing your respective order, you as a Buyer are entering into a binding Agreement with us as a Seller. It is possible to see and order all products from our Online Boutique listings.

NOTE: Our regular collections, that are not a part of the IGOR Limited Edition, can’t be purchased online.
 

REGISTRATION ON THE ONLINE BOUTIQUE
You can shop either as a registered or unregistered buyer. By registering, you are providing us with your data and allowing us to use your data for marketing purposes.
 

SHOPPING PROCEDURE
After visiting our Online Boutique and deciding on product(s) the buyer wishes to buy, by selecting the chosen product(s) and putting it into the Cart, the buyer will be directed to TILL page, where they as registered or unregistered buyers can proceed with the payment. Depending on the chosen way of payment, they make the payment and the order is thereby placed. The Seller then gets the confirmation of the order along with the confirmation of the order payment. Consequently, the Buyer gets an e-mail notification from the Seller that the order has been processed, and the receipt is sent in the package, along with the ordered product(s).
 

PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices in IGOR Online Boutique EU are given in EUR and include VAT. By confirming your order, you are accepting the given prices on that day. Each product has a basic price determined and given by the Seller. All prices are valid until replaced by new ones and the Seller holds the right to change the prices. Total prices may be subject to additional bank charges for conversions.
 

PAYMENT METHODS:
While shopping with us within the EU, you can choose between the payment through your PayPal account, Visa, MassterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover cards. Products will be shipped upon receiving the confirmation of your payment.

ORDERIND AND DELIVERY
Orders in our Online Boutique can be placed 24/7, and all orders can be processed only through Online Boutique cart. Once made and confirmed by us, orders will be shipped within 24 hrs, if the conditions allow so. All orders placed on weekends or holiday days will be processed on the first business day after that. All buyers are requested to enter the correct shipment data in order for the package to be safely delivered. We hold no responsibility if the data are entered incorrectly by the buyer.

After the transaction confirmation, the Buyer will receive the notification that the product is available and has been processed and waiting to be shipped.

We sell and ship only to the EU-member states.

KUPOVINA U NAŠEM ONLINE BUTIKU
Ovi uvjeti definiraju postupke kupovine u našem online butiku. Svi postupci su usklađeni sa zakonima Republike Hrvatske. Sadrže postupke naručivanja, plaćanja, isporuke, reklamacija te povrata robe. Dodatno, reguliraju privatnost korisnika, te postupanje s osobnim podacima. Pristajanjem na ova Pravila i uvjete i dovršavanjem svoje narudžbe, Vi kao kupac postajete ugovorna strana u ugovoru između nas i Vas. Moguće je pregledati I kupiti sve proizvode koji se nalaze u našem online butiku.

NAPOMENA: naše redovite kolekcije, koje nisu dio linije IGOR Limited Edition, ne mogu biti kupljene u našem online dućanu.

Možete kupovati ili kao registrirani ili neregistrirani kupac. Ako se registrirate, dajete nam svoje podatke i dozvoljavate nam da ih koristimo u marketinške svrhe.
 

POSTUPAK KUPOVINE
Nakon posjete našem online butiku i odluke koji/e proizvod(e) želi kupiti i stavljanjem istog u košaricu, kupac biva preusmjeren na blagajnu, gdje kao registriran ili neregistriran, može dovršiti kupovinu. U zavisnosti od odabranog načina plaćanja, kupac plaća narudžbu. Time je narudžba unesena u sistem. Nakon potvrde da je uplaćeni iznos stigao na račun prodavatelja, kupac dobija e-mail s informacijom da je narudžba u tijeku, a račun dobija u paketu, zajedno s naručenim proizvodom/ima.
 

CIJENE I PLAĆANJA
Sve cijene u IGOR Limited Edition Online butiku su izražene u EUR i uključuju PDV. Potvrđujući svoju narudžbu, prihvaćate i cijene proizvoda na taj dan. Svaki proizvod ima osnovnu cijenu koju određuje prodavač. Prihvaćanje cijene je obavezno ukoliko želite dovršiti svoju narudžbu. Sve cijene su važeće do momenta kad ih prodavač zamijeni drugima, na što ima pravo. Ukupne cijene proizvoda mogu malo varirati, u ovisnosti o konverziji i mogućim troškovima koje banke naplaćuju za istu.
 

NAČINI PLAĆANJA:
Plaćanje se može vršiti preko PayPal servisa, Visa, MassterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover kartica. Proizvod će biti poslan kad prodavatelj dobije potvrdu da je kupac uplatio ukupan iznos narudžbe.
 

NARUČIVANJE I DOSTAVA
Proizvodi se mogu naručiti non-stop i isključivo kroz košaricu u butiku. Kad dobijemo potvrdu uplate, kupac unutar 24 h dobiva od nas potvrdu da je narudžba spremna, te se proizvod dostavlja u isporuku, ukoliko to uvjeti dozvole. Sve narudžbe napravljene u toku vikenda ili neradnog dana će biti obrađene prvi naredni radni dan. Svaki kupac je obavezan unijeti točne podatke o kupcu i točnu adresu dostave kako bi narudžba bila nesmetano dostavljena. Ne odgovaramo u slučaju da je adresa pogrešno napisana od strane kupca.

Nakon što primimo obavijest da je narudžba plaćena, kupac dobiva e-mail potvrdu da je proizvod dostupan, da je u postupku i da će uskoro biti isporučen.

Robu prodajemo i isporučujemo samo na teritoriju zemalja članica EU!
